Kristen Anne Bell (1980) is an extremely well-known American performer and actress. Her birthplace and childhood was in Huntington Woods, Michigan, and is the daughter of Lorelei (Frygier), Nurse and Tom Bell, a television news director. She is the daughter of a Polish and her father is German, English Irish and Scottish. Kristen realized her potential within the industry of entertainment when she was just a teenager. When she was in 1992, the actress went to her first audition, and was able to win the role of Raggedy Ann and Andy. Bell was appointed by her mom as an agent at the age of was only 13 years old. She was then cast for newspaper ads and commercials on TV. Bell also began taking acting lessons in private at this time. Bell made an appearance as a guest in Polish Wedding (2000) in 1998 as an uncredited actor. Bell studied at Shrine Catholic High School where she participated in the music and drama club. She was the star of Dorothy at her school's production of The Wizard of Oz. Bell was a student of music theatre in the prestigious Tisch School of the Arts in New York City after graduating. Bell dropped out of school in 2001 to take on the role Becky in the film Tom Sawyer. Her first film credits in Pootie Tang at the beginning of 2001. The scene however cut, and her appearance only appears in the end credits. Bell made an appearance alongside Angela Bettis, Liam Neeson and in The Crucible Broadway performance of The Crucible in 2002.
